Kimberly Byrd Philadelphia

  Kimberly Byrd Philadelphia, a fourteen year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department was recently appointed to the position of Executive Officer by the Police Commissioner Sylvester M. Johnson. She is the first female to be appointed to this position. Her hands on and innovative approach helped make the Department an effective model of service to the community. Prior to her appointment of Executive Officer she was the Chief of Staff to the Police Commissioner. During her tenure in civil service, she has demonstrated a resilient work ethic.
